Dr. Rozainun is a Professor of Accounting in UniKL Business School, and has been in the education line for almost 40 years in Malaysia with various appointments in public and private universities. She received the most illustrious royalty award by the Sultan of Kelantan, PMK (Paduka Mahkota Kelantan) on 10 November 2015. She is the Elected President for the Asean Accounting Education Workgroup (AAEW). She is the Elected Honorary President for the Alumni Club of University of Wales, Aberystwyth in Malaysia. She is a Visiting Professor of UCSI, Kuching, Sarawak. She is also a founding member of Malaysian Association of Public Advocacy for Nature. (MAPAN)
As a passionate advocate for education and talent development, Dr. Rozainun continues to create impact on people through her teaching, research, and industry engagements. She actively participates as a guest speaker, forum panellist, and conference presenter, sharing her expertise in national and international forums. Dr. Rozainun’s commitment to bridging the gap between theory and practice is evident in her role as a registered HRDF Trainer, where she imparts valuable insights in accounting, corporate governance, risk management, and forensic accounting. She receives Talentcorp Fellowship TF50 in December 2024. In her capacity as the President of the ASEAN Accounting Education Workgroup (AAEW), Dr. Rozainun fosters collaboration among universities across ASEAN, driving research and curriculum development initiatives. Dr. Nur Jannah Mohaidin is an academic specializing in Accounting Information Systems (AIS), with expertise in qualitative research in the areas of digital financial reporting, regulatory-driven system implementation, and technology adoption. She completed her PhD at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), focusing on the implementation of eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) in Malaysia.
She has more than ten years of teaching experience in AIS, delivering undergraduate courses and guiding students in both theoretical foundations and practical system applications. Throughout her academic career, she has consistently contributed to curriculum enhancement and the integration of industry-relevant software and digital reporting components into AIS education. She has also been appointed as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the sub-field of AIS, representing the Majlis Dekan Ketua Jabatan Perakaunan (MDKJP) in the development and implementation of Hala Tuju 4 best practices.
She is actively involved in curriculum development, including participation in the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) accreditation taskforce. In addition to teaching and research, she is actively engaged in postgraduate supervision as well as professional collaboration with industry stakeholders.

Noor Azaliah Binti Jaafar is currently serving as a lecturer in the Accounting Section at Universiti Kuala Lumpur Business School (UniKL Business School). In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she serves as the Program Coordinator, overseeing academic operations, curriculum implementation, and student matters for the accounting program.
She brings with her over 13 years of diverse industry experience, which enriches her academic delivery with real-world insights and practical knowledge. Her career began in the audit field, where she spent 2 years as an Audit Assistant, gaining a solid foundation in financial reporting, compliance, and internal control evaluation. She then transitioned into the travel industry, where she served for 3 years as an Account Executive. In this role, she managed full sets of accounts, handled budgeting, and ensured timely financial reporting.
Her most substantial industry role was in the automobile sector, where she held the position of Senior Manager of Administration and Finance. Over 8 years, she oversaw general accounting functions, payroll management, financial forecasting, budgeting, and internal controls, while also playing a key role in strategic financial planning and operational leadership.
This extensive industry background now informs her teaching in higher education, where she focuses on bridging the gap between theory and practice in accounting education. She is passionate about student development and actively contributes to academic activities, curriculum development, and research within the university.

She was the Head of Accounting Section from 16th January 2017 – 31 December 2018 and Head of Section, Foundation in Business & Transfer Degree Programme (MARA Programme) from 16 June 2013 – 15 December 2016. She has a broad spectrum of experience as practitioner in the industry in areas of finance, accounting, management and administration for 20 years. She started her career in academia as a part-time lecturer at Universiti Utara Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur City Campus in 2009 – 2012 where she conducted Management Accounting for Managers, Financial Reporting and Statement Analysis and Advanced Management Accounting courses for Master programmes. Prior to joining UniKL, Nik Khadijah was a Senior Lecturer of Business School at City University College of Science and Technology where she taught Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Management and Business Management for Diploma, Bachelor and Master programmes. Zuhri Mohd Riza is a Lecturer under the Economics Section at UniKL Business School. He is currently holding a master’s degree in economics from International Islamic University Malaysia that he obtained in 2018. He was also matriculated and earned a bachelor’s degree at the same university on which he was able to obtain in 2016. Prior to serving at UniKL, Zuhri has been serving at different higher education institutes for the past six years.
Presently, Zuhri is the coordinator for the industrial training for Economics Section, as well as an advisor for its student club namely Analytical Economics Association.
Despite having less than 10 years in professional career as an academician, Zuhri has been able to earn various experience in private education sector, with more to learn in the future on his endeavours as an academician. As such, at UniKL Business School, he had been assigned to teaching various courses that are exclusively required for students of Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Analytical Economics. Over the years, he has had taught courses like Intermediate Macroeconomics, Public Finance, Labour Economics, and Economic Development.
Other than teaching, Zuhri has a keen interest in consultancy and project management on which he firstly joined his first consultancy project in 2023. He was part of the consultancy team working with various clients such as Perbadanan Putrajaya (PPj), Economics Planning Unit (EPU), Jabatan Kemajuan Masyarakat (KEMAS, KKDW), and Pusat Pemeriksaan Kenderaan Berkomputer (PUSPAKOM). He is usually responsible for processing and analysing the data collected, qualitatively and quantitatively.
In tandem with the consultancy, Zuhri, at the same time, manages such commissioned projects. In terms of the monetary value of all the projects he has had handled, Zuhri has been managing and working for in total of RM6.67 million thus far.

Professor Naziruddin has more than 25 years experience teaching economics, both at the graduate and undergraduate levels, at a couple of universities in Malaysia and overseas. He is the author of two books, and more than 30 scientific publications. He was engaged by the Institut Kefahaman Islam Malaysia (IKIM) and National Productivity Corporation to develop Muslim Ummah Development Index (MUDI) and to apply a new method to compute total factor productivity (TFP), respectively. Currently Professor Naziruddin is working on developing Zakat index for Zakat Institutions in Malaysia and Indonesia, and measuring poverty among micro-finance recipients in Bangladesh. From 2007-2009, he was appointed as Assistant Provost (COO) in charge of Administration and Financial Affairs at AL-HOSN University, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. And, at the University Kuala Lumpur Business School he is entrusted to spearhead the Department of Research and Post-graduate Studies.

Dr. Hanafia joined Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL) in 2010 as academic staff for the International School of Entrepreneurship (ISE). He has 10 years of teaching experience, and currently, he teaches economics subject for the institute. He began his career as a research officer (RO) at Unit Perundingan Universiti Malaya (UPUM) in collaboration with Ministry of Housing & Local Government (KPKT) to study on The Effectiveness of Local Authority to the National Development. He was also working as a research assistant (RA) at the Faculty of Economics and Administration, University Malaya. Her previous appointments include Programme Coordinator for the B.Sc. (Hons.) in Analytical Economics, Final Year Project Coordinator under the Research & Innovation Section, and Head of Section for Applied Science and Technology. These roles have strengthened her expertise in academic management, curriculum development, and research supervision.
She holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Statistics from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and a Master of Applied Statistics from Universiti Malaya (UM). Her research interests focus on applied statistics, particularly regression model development, model-building procedures, and logistic regression. She has been an active SPSS practitioner since 2010 and has contributed to numerous journal articles, conference papers, and symposium publications in the field. Dr Norkhairi Ahmad is a senior lecturer for English and Humanities courses. He has 28 years of experience in teaching language courses at schools, colleges and university level. In addition, he has also conducted over 50 training and talk programs in language and education to learners from various level and corporate clients from many organisations. Dr Norkhairi has published more than 40 peer-reviewed research documents with over 150 citations featured by platforms like ORCID, Scopus Author Preview and Google Scholar. During his 19-year service at Universiti Kuala Lumpur, he has held numerous campus-level positions as heads of section/unit for Quality Assurance, International Partnership, Industrial Linkages, Research, Internal Audit, and English Curriculum Development Unit (CUDU).

Wan Yusrina Wan Yusuff is a lecturer at Universiti Kuala Lumpur Business School (UBIS). She holds a Master’s degree in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), with a specialization in teaching communication and writing learning skills. She also obtained her Bachelor of Education (Hons) in TESL from Universiti Industri Selangor (UNISEL), Bestari Jaya, Kuala Selangor. With more than 15 years of teaching experience, she has extensive expertise in English language teaching, particularly in business communication and academic writing. Throughout her career, she has taught a wide range of English courses and has been actively involved in designing instructional materials, assessments, and learning activities that enhance students’ communication competence. Mrs. Sarah Hazlinda Hazlan is a Marketing Lecturer and Head of Section at Universiti Kuala Lumpur Business School (UniKL Business School) with over eight years of professional experience in digital marketing and social media management. She specializes in Social Media Marketing and optimization, marketing management, digital marketing, and customer relationship management (CRM), and is passionate about bridging academic knowledge with real-world industry practice. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and is currently pursuing a PhD in Management. Her academic and research interests include customer retention, digital marketing strategies, and marketing ethics. In her leadership role, she oversees academic coordination, supports faculty development, and contributes to departmental and institutional initiatives. Assoc. Dr. Mohd Farid Shamsudin also has more than 4 years teaching experience as a part time lecturer in various local universities for postgraduate studies. He is currently a supervisor for few PhD and Master Students and actively participates in writing and attending conferences. He graduated from Multimedia University for his Bachelor in Business Administration followed by MBA from International Islamic University, Malaysia and finally was awarded Doctor of Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia. Dr. Arman is a marketing specialist with deep expertise in forensic marketing, consumerism, and behavioural marketing. With over 23 years of combined industry and academic experience, he has worked across sectors including education, marketing, freight forwarding, transportation, book publishing, and food services. His academic involvement spans all educational levels, from primary to postgraduate, reflecting his broad commitment to education and knowledge sharing. He also teaches and supervises both undergraduate and postgraduate students. As an active researcher, He has published most of his research works in highly reputable journals. He has also presented papers at various marketing, behavioural science, management science, tourism marketing, technology marketing and entrepreneurship conferences locally and internationally.

Apart from that, Major Harridon was also appointed as a Principal Consultant by Asian Development Bank to train personnel in the Oil & Gas Industry pursuant to Optimization of Operational Cost and Data Analyses. As an officer in the Malaysia Civil Defence Force (MCDF), Major Harridon had trained officers and personnels of Airport Fire and Rescue Services of Bhutan and Maldives in Emergency Responses and Aircraft Extraction. Major Harridon was also appointed as a Panelist by the Space Regulator of Malaysia to aid the development of protocols and regulations pursuant to Space Incidents and Accidents Investigation. Cordelia is a strong advocate of the case method. During her stint as a research fellow at the Asian Institute of Finance, her main role was to write cases on organisations in the financial services industry. She also trains C-suite leaders in case writing for the MII Chartered Fellowship Programme. Besides case studies, Cordelia has written textbooks for the Malaysian school systems, book chapters, curriculum manuals for business and management as well as entrepreneurship programmes, research reports, journal articles, lyrics and other literary work.
Cordelia mainly trains and consults in the areas of education (curriculum and assessment), ethics, innovation, leadership, strategy, case writing and social entrepreneurship. She holds a PhD in Business Management (Entrepreneurship) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNIRAZAK), and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, USA.
Her areas of expertise include entrepreneurship, leadership, organizational behaviour, and small and medium enterprise (SME) development. Throughout her academic career, she has held several leadership positions, including Deputy Dean and Coordinator of the Centre for Women Advancement and Leadership. She has published more than 50 journal articles, including over 15 SCOPUS-indexed publications, and has secured 12 research grants. With an h-index of 16 and more than 1,000 citations, her research focuses on fraud risk management, women in business, and smart city development. She was a finalist for the Ministry of Higher Education Best Entrepreneurship Mentor Award 2015 and has received several recognitions, including the Top Performance Award from Universiti Kuala Lumpur (Outstanding) in 2014, Distinguished Educator Award from MARA in 2015, and Subsidiaries Icon Award from MARA in 2015. She is also a co-author of the Technopreneur and Innovation Management textbook.
In addition, she has led research and development initiatives, including the Pengerang Entrepreneur Research and Development project in collaboration with the State Economic Planning Unit in 2017. She has also contributed as a member of entrepreneur research projects under Majlis Agama Islam & Istiadat Negeri Pahang. Since joining UniKL in 2013, he has played a pivotal role in policy formulation, programme design, strategic partnerships, funding acquisition, and national-level entrepreneurship initiatives involving MARA, KKDW, PERNAS, PUNB, MRANTI, SME Corp, and other government agencies .
Prior to academia, he founded and managed multiple businesses in healthcare devices, technology solutions, and trading, giving him strong industry-grounded credibility in coaching, mentoring, and enterprise development. Beyond professional work, he is actively involved in community leadership and social governance, serving as Chairman of Rukun Tetangga and cooperative leadership roles, reflecting a strong commitment to inclusive and sustainable development.

Dr. Firdaus Hilmi Bin Nadzri is an academic, researcher, and certified human resource training professional with extensive experience in the fields of management, organizational behavior, leadership, emotional intelligence, and counselling. He holds a PhD in Management from Universiti Kuala Lumpur, a Master of Counselling from Open University Malaysia, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Ballarat, Australia.
Dr. Firdaus is actively involved in teaching, research, and professional training, particularly in areas related to employee development, mental health, leadership effectiveness, and emotional intelligence within educational and organizational settings. His scholarly work includes numerous publications focusing on higher education decision-making, religiosity and emotional intelligence, organizational citizenship behavior, and post-pandemic mental health among youth and academics.
