Her expertise lies in entrepreneurship, new venture creation, digital entrepreneurship, and SME development, with strong interests in industry-academia collaboration and international partnerships. She brings extensive experience from both academia and industry, including prior leadership roles in postgraduate management and industrial linkages, as well as senior management experience in the oil and gas sector. She actively supervises postgraduate research and contributes to curriculum development, accreditation, and strategic partnership initiatives.

Aminatul Hawa Yahaya

With over 20 years of experience in higher education, she is currently a Lecturer and the Head of the Economics Section at UniKL Business School. She began her academic career at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) before joining Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL) in 2006, where she has since served in various academic and leadership roles. Her previous appointments include Programme Coordinator for the B.Sc. (Hons.) in Analytical Economics, Final Year Project Coordinator under the Research & Innovation Section, and Head of Section for Applied Science and Technology. These roles have strengthened her expertise in academic management, curriculum development, and research supervision.

She holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Statistics from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and a Master of Applied Statistics from Universiti Malaya (UM). Her research interests focus on applied statistics, particularly regression model development, model-building procedures, and logistic regression. She has been an active SPSS practitioner since 2010 and has contributed to numerous journal articles, conference papers, and symposium publications in the field. She is passionate about teaching, research, and guiding students in analytical and evidence-based approaches to economics and social sciences.

She has served as Head of Section, Research Coordinator, OBEE Expert, and Subject Matter Expert for DBA programmes. Her career spans academia, consultancy, entrepreneurship, and industry, including her role as Director of Al-Ansar Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd. She is actively involved in national and international research, grant writing, supervision, and academic review.
