Zuhri Mohd Riza is a Lecturer under the Economics Section at UniKL Business School. He is currently holding a master’s degree in economics from International Islamic University Malaysia that he obtained in 2018. He was also matriculated and earned a bachelor’s degree at the same university on which he was able to obtain in 2016. Prior to serving at UniKL, Zuhri has been serving at different higher education institutes for the past six years.
Presently, Zuhri is the coordinator for the industrial training for Economics Section, as well as an advisor for its student club namely Analytical Economics Association.
Despite having less than 10 years in professional career as an academician, Zuhri has been able to earn various experience in private education sector, with more to learn in the future on his endeavours as an academician. As such, at UniKL Business School, he had been assigned to teaching various courses that are exclusively required for students of Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Analytical Economics. Over the years, he has had taught courses like Intermediate Macroeconomics, Public Finance, Labour Economics, and Economic Development.
Other than teaching, Zuhri has a keen interest in consultancy and project management on which he firstly joined his first consultancy project in 2023. He was part of the consultancy team working with various clients such as Perbadanan Putrajaya (PPj), Economics Planning Unit (EPU), Jabatan Kemajuan Masyarakat (KEMAS, KKDW), and Pusat Pemeriksaan Kenderaan Berkomputer (PUSPAKOM). He is usually responsible for processing and analysing the data collected, qualitatively and quantitatively.
In tandem with the consultancy, Zuhri, at the same time, manages such commissioned projects. In terms of the monetary value of all the projects he has had handled, Zuhri has been managing and working for in total of RM6.67 million thus far.

Professor Naziruddin has more than 25 years experience teaching economics, both at the graduate and undergraduate levels, at a couple of universities in Malaysia and overseas. He is the author of two books, and more than 30 scientific publications. He was engaged by the Institut Kefahaman Islam Malaysia (IKIM) and National Productivity Corporation to develop Muslim Ummah Development Index (MUDI) and to apply a new method to compute total factor productivity (TFP), respectively. Currently Professor Naziruddin is working on developing Zakat index for Zakat Institutions in Malaysia and Indonesia, and measuring poverty among micro-finance recipients in Bangladesh. From 2007-2009, he was appointed as Assistant Provost (COO) in charge of Administration and Financial Affairs at AL-HOSN University, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. And, at the University Kuala Lumpur Business School he is entrusted to spearhead the Department of Research and Post-graduate Studies.

Dr. Hanafia joined Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL) in 2010 as academic staff for the International School of Entrepreneurship (ISE). He has 10 years of teaching experience, and currently, he teaches economics subject for the institute. He began his career as a research officer (RO) at Unit Perundingan Universiti Malaya (UPUM) in collaboration with Ministry of Housing & Local Government (KPKT) to study on The Effectiveness of Local Authority to the National Development. He was also working as a research assistant (RA) at the Faculty of Economics and Administration, University Malaya. Before joining ISE, he served for Management and Science University, Malaysia as a lecturer. Now his research interests are economic development, agricultural economics, small and medium enterprise

She is a Senior Lecturer in the Economics Section at Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL) Business School in Malaysia, with nearly 15 years of academic experience across various institutions. Her teaching and research focus on economics, with particular emphasis on economic analysis and data-driven approaches to examining economic issues. She has co-authored several scholarly research publications and actively contributes to academic research in her field. In recent years, she has successfully supervised and graduated both PhD and Master’s students, reflecting her commitment to postgraduate mentorship and academic development.

Aiza Liyana bt Anuar is a lecturer and researcher in economics with strong expertise in econometrics, development economics, and industrial economics. She has extensive experience teaching undergraduate including econometrics, forecasting, economic modelling, and economic analysis. Her research focuses on empirical investigations of human capital, capital accumulation, manufacturing development, and regional economic performance using advanced econometric techniques. She is actively involved in research, academic writing, and training in quantitative research methods.
She applies advanced quantitative and econometric methods to analyse economic growth, industrial development, human capital, and regional economic performance. Her methodological approach integrates contemporary econometric techniques with rigorous empirical analysis to capture dynamic, nonlinear, and heterogeneous relationships in economic data. With over 20 years of experience in higher education, she is currently a Lecturer and the Head of the Economics Section at UniKL Business School. She began her academic career at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) before joining Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL) in 2006, where she has since served in various academic and leadership roles. Her previous appointments include Programme Coordinator for the B.Sc. (Hons.) in Analytical Economics, Final Year Project Coordinator under the Research & Innovation Section, and Head of Section for Applied Science and Technology. These roles have strengthened her expertise in academic management, curriculum development, and research supervision.
She holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Statistics from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and a Master of Applied Statistics from Universiti Malaya (UM). Her research interests focus on applied statistics, particularly regression model development, model-building procedures, and logistic regression. She has been an active SPSS practitioner since 2010 and has contributed to numerous journal articles, conference papers, and symposium publications in the field. She is passionate about teaching, research, and guiding students in analytical and evidence-based approaches to economics and social sciences.
