Dr. Muna Norkhairunnisak Ustadi has made significant contributions to the field of logistics and supply chain management, particularly in halal logistics and transportation. Her research has focused on developing new frameworks and methodologies, including an integrated model for halal transportation in Malaysia using a structural equation modeling approach to explore critical areas within supply chain management. She has also led research on the implementation of the Lean Module in PETRONAS’ drilling department, contributing to process optimization within one of Malaysia’s leading corporations.
Her research on public hub transportation systems has provided valuable insights into urban transportation development, particularly within the Northern Corridor Economic Region (NCER) of Peninsular Malaysia. In addition, she conducted a feasibility study on short sea shipping in West Coast Sabah and Labuan using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach, contributing to the advancement of regional maritime logistics.
Beyond research, Dr. Muna has served as an external assessor for several universities in both public and private higher education institutions, as well as an auditor for the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), contributing her expertise in quality assurance and academic compliance. She has published numerous research articles in reputable international journals, covering areas such as halal port development, halal food supply chains, logistics management, and the impact of COVID-19 on e-learning effectiveness in higher education. Cordelia Mason is a professor in management and entrepreneurship. She has undertaken administrative roles of a dean, deputy dean and director of strategy and Executive Director of Yayasan UniKL. She is also a Member of the Board of Examiners for the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (since 2015), an alumna of the UNESCO UNEVOC TVET Leadership Programme, advisory board for the Global Knowledge Index, TVET Expert Panel for UNESCO UNEVOC, and pro-bono advisor of PSPK when she advises on social enterprises and refugee related research. She was Chair of the Examination Committee at the Chartered Institute of Islamic Finance Professionals(CIIF), a Visiting Fellow at the MyRIVET (Malaysia Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training),Vice-President of the Malaysian Association of Applied Linguistics, research advisory member for Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK) and an active member of the International Women’s Federation of Commerce and Industry, Malaysia.
Cordelia is a strong advocate of the case method. During her stint as a research fellow at the Asian Institute of Finance, her main role was to write cases on organisations in the financial services industry. She also trains C-suite leaders in case writing for the MII Chartered Fellowship Programme. Besides case studies, Cordelia has written textbooks for the Malaysian school systems, book chapters, curriculum manuals for business and management as well as entrepreneurship programmes, research reports, journal articles, lyrics and other literary work.
Cordelia mainly trains and consults in the areas of education (curriculum and assessment), ethics, innovation, leadership, strategy, case writing and social entrepreneurship. She has also undertaken international advisory roles for UNESCO UNEVOC in the areas of TVET curriculum development and country level TVET strategy. Her current research interest is in green business, greening TVET, social innovation and applications of Artificial Intelligence. A self-professed informal knowledge-broker, Cordelia enjoys exploring the meanings of life across geographical, social and economic boundaries using the lenses of strategic management, innovation and social entrepreneurship. She is deeply inspired by the diverse social missions which have been emerging strongly across industries and sees some ray of hope for sustainability.

Dr. Nazatul Shima Abdul Rani is an Associate Professor at Universiti Kuala Lumpur Business School (UniKL Business School) with over 20 years of experience in academia, research, and entrepreneurship development. She holds a PhD in Business Management (Entrepreneurship) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNIRAZAK), and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, USA.
Her areas of expertise include entrepreneurship, leadership, organizational behaviour, and small and medium enterprise (SME) development. Throughout her academic career, she has held several leadership positions, including Deputy Dean and Coordinator of the Centre for Women Advancement and Leadership. She has published more than 50 journal articles, including over 15 SCOPUS-indexed publications, and has secured 12 research grants. With an h-index of 16 and more than 1,000 citations, her research focuses on fraud risk management, women in business, and smart city development. Dr. Mohd Nasrul Hakim Jalaludin is a technopreneurship strategist, academic, and practitioner with over 20 years of experience spanning entrepreneurship development, strategic management, digital business, and institutional ecosystem building.
He currently serves as a Senior Lecturer at UniKL Business School at the Management & Entrepreneurship Section. Previously, he was at the Teknoputra Division, Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL), a strategic unit mandated to drive entrepreneurial and technopreneurial excellence across UniKL’s 12 campuses and 30,000 stakeholders nationwide. Since joining UniKL in 2013, he has played a pivotal role in policy formulation, programme design, strategic partnerships, funding acquisition, and national-level entrepreneurship initiatives involving MARA, KKDW, PERNAS, PUNB, MRANTI, SME Corp, and other government agencies .
Prior to academia, he founded and managed multiple businesses in healthcare devices, technology solutions, and trading, giving him strong industry-grounded credibility in coaching, mentoring, and enterprise development. She currently serves as Head of Advancement & Continuing Education (ACE) at UniKL Business School, leading training development, ODL, research consultancy, and revenue generation initiatives. Her expertise includes small business management, social entrepreneurship, franchise business management, financial statement analysis, Financial Statement Analysis and Management Accounting. Since 2007, she has been actively involved in business and is among the early pioneers of digital business and online entrepreneurship. She has secured grants, led consultancy projects, and published in indexed journals.

She is a Senior Lecturer in the Management & Entrepreneurship Section and was the former Deputy Dean of Student Development & Campus Lifestyle at Universiti Kuala Lumpur Business School, Malaysia. With over ten years of university-level teaching experience, her research and teaching interests span identity, image, and reputation; organizational culture; human resource development; tourism; tourism destination identity and branding; participative tourism development; and e-tourism. Her expertise bridges the fields of human resource management and development, marketing, and tourism, providing a unique interdisciplinary perspective.
She serves on the editorial advisory boards of several academic journals and has been invited as a keynote and guest speaker at numerous local and international seminars. She brings extensive hands-on experience in organizational development, competency building, and capacity enhancement through training programmes and consultancy projects. Passionate about interactive and experiential learning, she has conducted workshops and teambuilding programmes across government and private sectors, both domestically and internationally.

Dr. Firdaus Hilmi Bin Nadzri is an academic, researcher, and certified human resource training professional with extensive experience in the fields of management, organizational behavior, leadership, emotional intelligence, and counselling. He holds a PhD in Management from Universiti Kuala Lumpur, a Master of Counselling from Open University Malaysia, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Ballarat, Australia.
Dr. Firdaus is actively involved in teaching, research, and professional training, particularly in areas related to employee development, mental health, leadership effectiveness, and emotional intelligence within educational and organizational settings. His scholarly work includes numerous publications focusing on higher education decision-making, religiosity and emotional intelligence, organizational citizenship behavior, and post-pandemic mental health among youth and academics.
In addition to his academic contributions, he is a Certified Human Resource Officer (CHRO) and a Certified HRDC Train-the-Trainer, enabling him to design and deliver impactful training programs for public and private sector organizations. His expertise integrates academic rigor with practical industry application, supporting talent development, organizational performance, and holistic well-being.
