Dr. Sheikh Muhamad Hizam Bin Hj. Sheikh Khairuddin is a Senior Lecturer at the Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL) Business School. He has over 20 years of entrepreneurship, industrial and academic experiences. He was involved in the agribusiness; manufacturing; and air logistic sectors dealing with multinational clients with the likes of Intel, IBM, Motorola, etc. He has published his research papers in several high impact journals and conferences. He is also an external examiner to several universities and supervisor to MBA and PhD students. He also holds the posts of Internship Coordinator, Head of Research Cluster, and Editorial Board member for journal UBIS. His teaching and research interests are in the fields of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Stress Management.

Dr. Nur Jannah Mohaidin is an academic specializing in Accounting Information Systems (AIS), with expertise in qualitative research in the areas of digital financial reporting, regulatory-driven system implementation, and technology adoption. She completed her PhD at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), focusing on the implementation of eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) in Malaysia.

She has more than ten years of teaching experience in AIS, delivering undergraduate courses and guiding students in both theoretical foundations and practical system applications. Throughout her academic career, she has consistently contributed to curriculum enhancement and the integration of industry-relevant software and digital reporting components into AIS education. She has also been appointed as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the sub-field of AIS, representing the Majlis Dekan Ketua Jabatan Perakaunan (MDKJP) in the development and implementation of Hala Tuju 4 best practices.

She is actively involved in curriculum development, including participation in the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) accreditation taskforce. In addition to teaching and research, she is actively engaged in postgraduate supervision as well as professional collaboration with industry stakeholders.
